Shipping Delivery Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS?
We ask for a 3-6 business day processing window for your order. Once completed, orders are shipped. If there is a large influx of orders, processing time may be extended. This time can vary but it’s typically within 5-10 business days. You will be notified if your order is taking longer than we expected.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the follow rates:
US Based Customers: Standard rate + handling.
International Customers: First Class international shipping + $1 handling.
Note: These 2 rates are added together at checkout, and shipping will go through whichever service is most convenient, handling price will vary depending on order.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some countries.
Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
We use trusted delivery services to ship both international and local orders, therefore, if you use a 3rd party logistics service to ship your item either locally or internationally, we officially take no responsibility for item tracking after it has been delivered to the service and we also are not responsible for lost orders if the 3rd party logistic service fails to deliver or loses your order. We also do not allow for returns if your order has been sent through a 3rd party logistic service. See our return policy for more info.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
